Roadmap to healing, aging backwards and longevity

Friends, for many years I have desired to lay out a road map for healing for chronic illness but held back because there was always more to learn or unlearn. I wanted to share a perfect path that would lay out an easy route. Do x,y and z and you will be right but there is no perfect path and healing and health is as unique as each individual.

For me, this journey started 11 years ago, when I was diagnosed with postpartum cardiomyopathy and I recovered, and went on an amazing health journey to prepare for return of my 11th child at the age of 43 years old. I put it all on the line, putting every bit of research into practice because I knew it was my best chance of having a successful pregnancy and healthy baby.  I choose to free birth, because the stress of interacting with a hostile medical system that could threaten me with DHS again for not following their rules and on the second contraction gave birth to my son, in my bedroom near the ocean. The whole journey and birth was one of the highlights of my life.  

I had invested thousands of hours of research, talking to people who had cured themselves of chronic fatigue, heart disease far worse than mine, cancer, etc. This article is my attempt to impart what I know to you, and giving you practical information to recover from chronic illness. For legal reasons, I will say it's not medical advice.  

There is a huge overlap with healing from long covid/shedding/vax injury and chronic fatigue, Lyme, Morgellons, PANDAS, heart disease, cancer and by supporting the body to detox and repair, with the right ingredients and time, healing is not just a possibility but a reality.

The article is meant to be a cheat sheet, a springboard for your own research. Your healing is as individual as you are, and the journey is as important as the destination.  A smorgasbord of options, to mix and match and choose from. There is a whole spectrum of health outcomes from those who simply want relief from symptoms of sickness to those who choose optimum health to live to old age. Also, it simply isn't possible to write down everything that I have learnt but this is my attempt to summarize it.

For the most part, doctors are concerned with management of symptoms, whether they are holistic, biological, integrative, functional, naturopathic or conventional, their protocols are designed to relieve symptoms of illness, not to bring you to optimal health. Medical tests give a pass/fail result not a A+ graded one and because health in society is in decline, even the medical averages in tests have moved to the "sick" ranges but are classed as normal.

INFLAMMATION

Inflammation is the root of all disease and by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress, and increasing cellular energy one can heal. Toxins regardless of whether they are chemical pollutants or lab grown agents are inflammatory but the body wants to heal given the right ingredients and time. One way you can check that a food is causing an inflammatory response is to eat it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and if it causes a spike in your pulse then this food is best avoided.

You can't get well eating junk and the vast majority of food sold in the supermarket does not give life but feeds death. The following should be completely eliminated; sugar, refined carbs, oils, gluten, dairy, fried foods, processed foods, meat, fish, alcohol.  Sugar paralyzes the white blood cells and feeds candida.

Eat a clean wholefood, nutrient rich, plant based diet with lots of fruits. Steam, bake and boil instead of frying. The simple things in life are the best and this applies to food too.

COLD PRESSED JUICING

Juicing allows nutrients and enzymes to be easily absorbed because it takes out the fibre, making it easy to digest with minimal energy. I like to use spinach, beetroot, apples, oranges, carrots, celery for their particular vitamin/mineral profiles and find it is a great way to start the day, having a juice on an empty stomach. There are heaps of different juice recipes that can be found online and when starting the journey of recovery, juices are preferable over smoothies because almost universally, those who are ill, have a compromised gut. Cold pressed juicers retain the most nutrients and there are many on the market to choose from. Garlic can also be added for an anti-parasitic juice, and ginger has strong antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Having a juice on an empty stomach (first thing after waking) is nourishing as it is cleansing. Papaya has amazing properties, from antioxidants to being a natural laxative with enzymes that help with balance stomach acid for healthy digestion, to it's seeds being good to clear intestinal parasites.

DIGESTION

Beetroot in juice is an excellent way to test your stomach acids. When urine appears red or pink after eating beetroot, it is called beeturia. Beeturia can also occur in people with low stomach acid. A healthy level of stomach acid helps your body absorb minerals, nutrients, and vitamins and so this is really important to address, if you do notice that your urine is pink.

I was able to correct low stomach acids by drinking homemade milk kefir and fermented foods and apple cider vinegar are other methods. The addition of digestive enzymes with foods, can be a temporary solution to ensure you are breaking down food, because in order to heal you need to be able to break down food to substances that can be used by the body. Pro-biotics are also an excellent way of improving digestion and good bacteria.

DEALING WITH LATENT VIRUSES, PARASITES AND BAD BACTERIA

In times past, people would take syrup of figs, which is a natural herbal blend with laxative properties that cleansed the digestive tract and stimulated the removal of wastes. It's vermifuge properties expelled intestinal parasites and helped control inflammatory conditions of the gut. Or they might have taken gum turpentine with sugar. Gum turpentine is the famous medicine taken with the spoonful of sugar. Most people would have heard the song, "A spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down, makes the medicine go down", well that medicine was gum turpentine, which is essentially the sap of a pine tree.

Today, people have forsaken these old practices to their peril and become overburdened with latent viruses, parasites and bad bacteria and this manifests as disease.

As part of any healing protocol, along with nutrition and opening up the detoxification/elimination channels, you must deal with these things. The choices are natural herbal remedies like Hulda Clark's herbal remedies, electrical means like Rife machine, Gum turpentine as in Dr Jennifer Daniels candida protocol, or pharmaceutical products such as antibiotics/anti-virals or a combination of the above. Essentially you want to make the bad agents so uncomfortable, that they choose the fastest route out of the body (detox), stop multiplying and are crowded out by good bacteria and healthy cells.

Dr Jennifer Daniels protocol is really worth looking into. It is an ancient remedy, a cure all based on the sap of a pine tree, that heals the gut and eliminates parasites. https://www.humanley.com/blog/episode47 Unlike pharmaceuticals it does not impact the good bacteria and is effective in such low doses, there is no concern over toxicity.

Probiotics can also be used to shift the balance in the body, as they crowd out bad bacteria. Dr Jeffrey Bradstreet who treated his son for autism after he became vaccine damaged pioneered the product, GcMaf which is lab grown probiotic that produces macrophages that attack cancer cells and foreign invaders. It's expensive and difficult to source but a good option, if you can get it . A story of how modern disease such as heart failure is actually a result of latent virus is written by this doctor, who healed his father by treating the latent virus. Dr Richard Fleming in his book STOP INFLAMMATION NOW, says "One of the most surprising discoveries made in heart disease research is that cholesterol plaque is rife with bacteria. The bigger the plaque, the more bacteria live in it"

Dr Fleming treats heart disease with a mild anti-biotic, in combination with dietary changes.

HEAVY METALS

The presence of heavy metals in the body allows candida and parasites to thrive while disrupting the natural energy fields. By dealing with candida through diet and the various methods listed under LATENT VIRUSES, PARASITES AND BAD BACTERIA, heavy metals will be removed from the body as well.

Studies have found that drinking silica water, such as Fiji  water has been shown to eliminate aluminum via the urine. There are also various products like zeolite, cilantro, that remove heavy metals from the body but importantly one needs to be mindful that these metals are bound up and removed, not just stirred up and deposited in organs. Problems generally only occur when demand exceeds supply, where the quantity of toxins exceeds the organ’s ability to detoxify them. CLEANSING THE GUT

Millions of tiny finger-like structures called villi project inwards from the lining of the small intestine. If these become clogged or damaged, the body struggles to absorb nutrients and this can lead to serious nutritional deficiencies. A process called diffusion, is when the broken down fats, carbohydrates and proteins enter the blood supply from the small intestines. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cEh2Qip0-E4  In order to heal, the gut needs to be in good condition, not clogged up with waste, inflamed or leaking.

The large intestine absorbs water and salts from the material that has not been digested as food, and eliminates of any waste products left over. It is important that waste does not become stagnant in the large intestine, as it releases toxins back into the bloodstream. Ideally, 3 bowel movements a day is recommended by Dr Jennifer Daniels before commencing her detox protocol, because it means the pathways are open for toxins to be efficiently removed from the body with the least resistance. If toxins cannot easily move out through the bowels, they may choose to go through the skin or lungs, resulting in rashes and breathing issues.

Our body is always trying to remove toxins and symptoms of inflammation; coughing, sneezing, mucus build up, rashes, diarrhea, vomiting, etc.. can be a sign of intense detoxification or blocked detoxification channels in the gut.

There are various methods to cleanse the gut. Either it's done gradually through elimination diets that take out highly inflammatory foods like dairy, meat, oils, processed foods and gluten replacing them with wholefood plant based diet of fruits, vegetables, spring water, sprouted legumes, cold pressed juices, green smoothies, etc.. Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, and Gastritis have been healed by diet. Several prominent doctors like Dr Richard Fleming, https://www.flemingmethod.com , Dr Esselstyn https://www.dresselstyn.com/ , Dr. McDougall https://www.drmcdougall.com/ and Dr Michael Greger, all have versions of the whole food plant based, no oils (or limited oil) diet with their own unique angle.

They have published books with diet plans, but if you want a free diet plan to begin your journey. Certainly, once you get going, there are far more creative and delicious options.

Alternatively, water fasting is a very powerful method to heal the gut and detoxify the body. Once you are past the hungry stage, the body starts to break down the waste and you need to shower several times a day, your breath stinks, and if it's your first time water fasting, you can feel lethargic from the detoxification process not from the lack of food. Combined with enemas and colonics to expel impacted waste, it's a way to have a fresh start. However, it's important to follow it up with proper re-feeding to give the body the ingredients to heal (including probiotics), and deal with latent viruses, bacteria, parasites which may not be fully expelled.

Cleansing the gut is an ongoing process, because of the toxic world we live in, it's important to choose foods that are low in toxins. Your gut flora is your defence system and are able to block infection; the mechanisms involved are not fully understood by Science but common sense says, look after your gut for a healthy immune system.

MICROBES AND GUT FLORA

The human body has ten times more bacteria than human cells. Bacteria breaks down our food into a form that is usable and it also breaks down chemicals. Industrial applications include using bacteria to clean water from harmful contaminants and pollutants and producing organic compost from green waste. An astounding number of microbiologists (and AIDS researchers) have been found dead under suspicious circumstances and this was reported from 2014 onwards, a growing list of at least 100 who had made amazing discoveries. Microbiology is the key to healing.

It's important to include in the diet, foods the feed good bacteria (prebiotics and probiotics) like raw fruits, fermented vegetables, resistant starch, garlic, ginger, onions, kefir, kombucha, spices, jerusalem artichokes, yogurts, bananas, miso are some examples. To eat widely from a range of organic plant based wholefoods that are properly prepared to be digested through soaking and sprouting where necessary.

When the body is microbially in balance, it converts food to energy, produces vitamin b12 naturally and detoxifies easily. Changes to the gut flora through medications, and chemicals can affect the body negatively because it affects the microbial balance.  Candida overgrowth leads to all sorts of health issues including cancer.

When recovering from any kind of chronic illness, there isn't the buffer for the bad stuff. You just need to make a decision to cut it all out, to eat simply, to cook using water over oil, eat fresh, blend or juice and prepare foods from scratch especially in the first few weeks and months. Your taste buds do change and you will be surprised that you will break many addictions, your thinking will clear up and you will sleep better.

LIVER FLUSH

The liver converts toxins into waste products, cleanses the blood, metabolizes nutrients and is one of the primary filtration systems. It's really important not to stress the liver and to support it with healthy eating and lifestyle. There are herbs that assist the liver which include milk thistle, dandelion root tea and turmeric. The Gerson Therapy is a organic, plant-based diet with raw juices, and use coffee enemas several times daily for detoxification, and take a wide variety of supplements. The coffee enemas support detoxification by causing the liver to dump bile.

There are various gallbladder and liver flushes recipes online, based on organic apple juice and cold-pressed organic olive oil as base ingredients taken at specific times.

Stop drinking alcohol is the best thing one can do from one's liver, as well as reducing or eliminating drugs, chemically based personal care products and medications.

NIACIN DETOX

High dose, full flush niacin (B3 or nicotinic acid) is both protective against covid19 and healing. As you may recall, those who smoke, don't seem to get covid and that's linked to the niacin dosing from smoking. It's the game changer that has been largely ignored.

L. Ron Hubbard wrote the book Clear Body, Clear Mind in 1979 and the method of detoxifying with niacin plus sauna has been refined over the years. It is a proven method to remove toxins from the fat and blood analysis can be done to measure results in lowered heavy metals. The newer method uses a low EMF infrared sauna that cuts sauna time down to 1 hour per day for the 3 week protocol,  2-3 grams of full flush niacin, nicotinic acid (it must be this version of niacin) on an empty stomach and one enters the sauna about 3 hours after dosing with niacin and after exercise, as this is when detoxification is the activated in the body.

Due to the intense nature of doing a rapid detox over 3 weeks, supplementation and hydration is advised. You can do a more gradual detox by simply taking niacin over several days and then resting.

Dimitry Kats is very well known in the long covid groups for his niacin protocol that uses high dose full flush niacin (B3 or nicotinic acid) but also supporting supplements. His protocol is an application of a nutrient regimen consisting of primarily co-supplementing (properly-sourced) nicotinic acid, creatine monohydrate, and trimethylglycine near equimolar levels, with early support alongside provided by B-vitamins, trace elements, (Bio-Enhanced) R-lipoic acid, and grass-fed beef liver.

HOM3OSTASIS Protocol – HOM3OSTASIS

Detoxification is not necessarily a pleasant experience with this protocol, especially as the nanotechnology is excreted. It's important to know when to slow down the detox process or when you to push through.

Any rapid detoxification process can result in the depletion of essential electrolytes and is best achieved in conjunction with blood tests to monitor mineral levels or to work with an experienced health coach. Definitely read the protocol and take the recommended supplements and food while undertaking the niacin based detoxes.

WATER

Important to have spring, distilled or filtered water with chemicals and fluoride removed for drinking and cooking. Gut bacteria is affected by the chemicals and heavy metals found in tap water and one really needs good quality water to heal. Water is life.  The closer the water is to the structure of living water, the better it is for you.

One very interesting story, of healing with water was from an old lady I knew who lived near Sailors Falls in Daylesford.  Her pregnant mother had kidney disease and she was told by her doctor to move to the Daylesford springs and to drink a glass of mineral water, 30 minutes before each meal. After she gave birth, the kidney disease was cured.

Many people are chronically dehydrated but don't be tempted to go overboard and drink more than your body needs, it will strip you of electrolytes. Reverse osmosis and distilled water reportedly remove heavy metals from the body due to their lack of minerals and so long term, can strip the body of minerals.

Fluoride in the water supply, dental products, certain pesticides accumulates in the body and has a negative effect. Fluoride will be excreted over time, once you stop ingesting it and eat organic.

ORGANIC

EXERCISE

Avoid stressful exercise, walking and yoga/stretching is good. Exercise produces nitric oxide in the body that is involved in many cell processes, including the widening of the blood vessels, which increases delivery of nutrients and oxygen to the cells.

It takes energy to heal, and you don't want to divert that energy to recovering from stressful exercise, which impacts the body negatively.

SUNSHINE

Energy from the sun is life for the body and light for the eyes. Coupled with grounding (walking barefoot on the earth), it reduces inflammation and produces vitamin D in the body. Observe how a plant shrivels for lack of sunshine, and humans are much the same. We need sunshine to thrive. Take off sunglasses and let the light flow into your eyes, stimulate your pituitary gland, regulate your sleep cycles and melatonin, etc.

RADIATION

The effects of radiation is minimized by reducing time spent, increasing distance from and reducing the strength of the output. Keeping mobile phone away from one's body, using speaker phone, not living near mobile phone towers or high voltage electricity lines, considering the dirty energy from solar/wiring in the house, reducing time spent near devices, etc. In worse case scenario, if the EMF radiation is too high, and you cannot block it with aluminum sheeting and you are chronically ill, then there really no option but to move house.

Get rid of your microwave and induction cook top that emits high levels of radiation and produces unknown chemicals in the food.

COOKWARE

Don't use aluminum pots but stick with quality stainless steel, cast iron, clay, ceramic or glass. Chemicals and metals that leach from cookware into one's food, causes oxidative stress.

Heavy metals from tap water, cookware, the environment leads to toxic manifestations primarily due to imbalance between pro-oxidant and antioxidant homeostasis which is termed as oxidative stress. Metals have high affinity for thiol groups containing enzymes and proteins, which are responsible for normal cellular defense mechanism.

Chelating agents and antioxidants supplementation are strategies to reduce metal toxicity as well as the niacin/infrared sauna detox protocol.

SUPPLEMENTS

There are multiple purposes for supplements from supporting detoxification to addressing mineral deficiencies and imbalances.

Ideally you want to get all your antioxidants, chelators, minerals and vitamins from foods, complete with the enzymes that assist in digestion but over the years the mineral content due to degraded soil has declined significantly and why juicing allows one to concentrate nutrients and deliver this to the body in a way that is easy for the body to digest. The topic of supplements requires research on your individual needs, dosages (often dosages per capsule are too small to be useful), quality, production, toxicity, etc. Supplements can be useful to treat deficiencies and for those who are healing from chronic illness.

NOT ALL SUPPLEMENTS ARE EQUAL and some are just pure junk. You need to research every brand and test them for magnetism too. Zinc affects iron. Vitamin C should be taken on its own.  Some supplements need to be taken separately.

There is also a risk/benefit to any treatment. eg. vitamin C long term will deplete copper. Overdosing on vitamin D can cause hypercalcaemia. Too many anti-oxidants puts redox signalling out of balance.

Food is a better choice over supplements where-ever possible but if supplements are only used temporarily, and on and off, then the negative side effects are unlikely to occur.

The detox protocols listed below are based on supplements and/or anti-parasitic drugs. and can provide temporary relief of symptoms. Long term, you want to consider the big picture of health which incorporates an overhaul of diet and lifestyle.

Detoxing covid19 vaccination, long covid and vaccine shedding
Information has been gathered from various sources, who have been assisting people to heal. Interestingly one of the sources is a doctor at an Australian hospital. I am listing all the various protocols as availability varies and due to shortages, one may be limited in what is available.

If you have low energy and your adrenals needs support look into “adrenal cocktail” and take it daily until you feel better. If you have access to the mineral springs in Daylesford or mineral water, this can be used as the base of an adrenal cocktail which is designed to replenish electrolytes.

Trace minerals are also an important subject to look into. Products such as fulvic acid, as trace minerals are needed in tiny doses, they are still crucial to our health and development.

Anti-oxidants, glutathione and oxidative stress

Lysosomes act as the waste disposal system of the cell by digesting used materials in the cytoplasm, from both inside and outside the cell. Glutathione is present in the cells, in certain foods, and increases with exercise. It breaks down toxins and heavy metals which are excreted through urine.  Vegetables with a high sulfur content yield naturally high glutathione levels. Oxidants on the other hand break down old tissues and are just as important. It's about balancing oxidants and antioxidants, and redox signalling molecules.

N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is an immediate precursor to glutathione, a powerful antioxidant and detoxifier. In the hospital, it is used in the intravenous and oral form to protect and restore the body before and after it has been exposed to certain chemicals, including radioactive dyes used to illuminate parts of the body during an MRI, and in the case of acetaminophen overdose. It’s also used sometimes to help cancer patients overcome the adverse events that may be associated with isoffamide and cyclophosphamide but controversially, high therapeutic doses of NAC may cause metastatic spread of a malignant melanoma. This is a perfect example of why it is important to seek balance when using anti-oxidants.

Antioxidants balance against oxidative stress. The purpose of oxidation in the body is to break down old cells and toxins in the body, but too much waste leads to inflammation. Science has moved away from thinking only in terms of anti-oxidants but now look to reducing oxidative stress and improving redox signalling. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4048798/

ASEA Redox is said to support the body’s system to produce 500-800% more  glutathione. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4684116/ With greater amounts of gluthathione, the body is able to detoxify more effectively.

ASEA Redox contains active redox signaling molecules that are the same as in the human body that act as powerful cellular messengers to protect, rejuvenate, and restore cells. The basis of ASEA is the molecules of natural salt and purified water, that through a patented process is converted to redox signalling molecules, which activates 16 of the 26 redox signalling pathways. In comparison, chlorine dioxide activates 1 redox signalling pathway.  These molecules work at a cellular level to help protect, rejuvenate, and restore cells by supporting the body’s natural processes of detoxification, breaking down damaged cells and either turning them into new fuel and new cells or expelling the waste from the body. The human body is 73% sea water. I don't have personal experience with ASEA but I am including it because it has been used to help people heal. My only question, is whether people are able to not take it or do they become dependent on it?

The following day's protocol may be completely different and over the month, you might include 5-7 day liver detoxes, niacin/sauna detox, intermittent or water fasting or challenge yourself to walking more each day.

It will become quite obvious that every meal and drink must count because there is only so much one can eat and drink in a day and only so much time one has. Healing requires effort and thought. I recall a story of a 3 year old girl who had terminal cancer and she was sent home with a feeding tube directly to the stomach. Her parents were able to feed her green juices and supplements via the tube and she fully recovered and is in her 20s now. Everything put into one's body must count because it's either going to be fuel that energizes one's cells or rubbish that takes energy away from healing in order to detoxify the waste that you just put in.

TESTING

Medicine today is based on a model of testing, diagnosis and treatment. I had a naturopathic GP and she had her own system too of blood/urine tests, food intolerance tests and then homeopathy and supplements based on the results and speaking to other patients and her former secretary, it really was just a business model. You can use supplements to treat the symptoms like you would pharmaceuticals and it simply won't get to the root or provide permanent results. She had no idea when it came to gut health or nutrition, and at one point wanted me to take antibiotics with the side effect of liver failure, "just in case" I had a urinary tract infection.

Many times, the test results are already known before you take them because you can pretty much guarantee that if you are sick, you will have food intolerance issues. You don't need a test to make positive changes. Choose the tests you need. rather than every one on offer because health issues are resolved by nutritional and lifestyle changes anyway and medical tests like MRIs involve radiation and toxic dyes that can lead to more health issues.

That being said, d-dimer tests can show up micro-clotting caused by the spike protein but not always and live blood analysis is what you need to show damage to the red blood cells and graphene oxide. If you have symptoms of inflammation, you should treat accordingly, rather than delay for a test, that you may not be able to get done.
