I wish I was being dramatic. On a daily basis, I have to pinch myself that this is real. Normalcy bias is a cognitive bias which leads people to disbelieve or minimize threat warnings and I suffer it too at times. Even though I was injured by the bio-weapon, hospitalized and my heart function dropped to 15%. Even though, I have seen Dr Kevin McCairn, also unvaxxed catch "covid" and analyze his blood to find these clots, and end up in hospital with a pulmonary embolism and even though I have seen the bioweapon wreck havoc in many people. Part of me, wants to forget the threat is very real, ignore all the research papers & lab results, real life stories and crawl back into my safe space. I get why people may have adopted the view that "viruses aren't real" or that it's 5G causing the clotting and I would love to believe this as well but radiation (while harmful) does not cause amyloidogenic fibrin.
Scientists cracked the code of life in protein folding technology. Proteins underpin every biological process, in every living thing. They are also involved in industrial processes, from functions of the immune system to harnessing nature to break down plastic pollution. They consist of building blocks called amino acids and after cracking the code, scientists packaged it up in a bioweapon.

Although I had recovered from cardiomyopathy, the bioweapon reactivated this pre-existing condition. As Elizabeth describes in the podcast, "it attacks your body where you are most vulnerable...It is the most horrific and brilliant bio-weapon."

Healing the Gut
In my experience, it is critically important to heal the gut with real nutrition and to calm down the histamine and inflammatory response. Although people think of C19 as a respiratory disease, it is seeded in the gut.

Not only is Dr Kevin McCairn's research saying that it is fibrinogen that is being converted to amyloidogenic fibrin, other researchers are finding similar results but they have not gone as far with the research.
I dug out Dr Richard Fleming's Book, Stop Inflammation Now and found these snippets and this explains why I relapsed in 2023 because my body could not take the burden caused by even small amounts of animal based foods and oils.

Sophie's Story
Sophie is the daughter of a friend, Erin Goodwin. We have known each other since 2021, in the thick of the mandate madness and we were in a small chat group of 8. In that time, one member of the chat had 2 cardiac arrests, I went into heart failure in 3 weeks and my heart dropped to EF 15% and her child was hospitalized.
