In a world of commerce, where health is pitched with a price tag and the latest drug or supplement or therapy that can bio-hack one's way to wellness, the more powerful and effective ways of healing are not just overlooked but disparaged as too hard or impractical.

Late last month, I had an echo-cardiogram to see how my heart was progressing and the technician completely freaked me out because at the end of the consult, she told me to wait, that she needed to see the cardiologist before I left. My heart seems to have a mind of it's own under stress, and had really not behaved for the echo-cardiogram and was doing all sorts of funky things. I reassured myself that it wasn't long ago that I was cross country skiing, hiking through the snow without feeling the cold, on long walks in nature and generally feeling good and though my diet hadn't been perfect, and I had eaten the few vegan treats here and there that had oil in them, overall I should expect improvement.

My blood pressure though was high, near 200 (which seems to coincide with medical appointments) and I thought to myself, well better take some drastic action, so I just ate bananas and apples for a couple of days and then threw myself into a 9 day water fast. I modified it by occasionally diluting the water with coconut water for electrolytes and to assist in the detoxification, I added in a three quarter teaspoon of honey mixed with a quarter teaspoon gum turpentine on several of the days and in the earlier part of the fast also took 500 mg nicotinic acid (full flush b3) and about the same of magnesium.

According to Dr Jennifer Daniels, "The way that it works is that turpentine is a solvent and so as a solvent it liberates and frees toxins and parasites from being entrapped in your connective tissue. The next thing it does is, in your body you have three groups of cells; you have dead cells, you have cells that could go either way, and you have cells that are alive and functioning. So what turpentine does is that it takes the cells that could go either way and repairs the cell membrane, and that’s why when people take turpentine they could literally feel better in as little as 30 seconds. It directly addresses the phospholipids in the cell membrane and repairs them. Lastly because it is a natural substance from the pine tree, parasites are repelled from it and they leave. There were so many stresses in my life at the time. My Dad had been very sick for months, in and out of hospital. He died on the 5th September 2024 and we buried him a couple of days ago. In his early life, he was born with significant disability and his parents gave him Chinese herbs, which must have worked but later on as he became more educated, he abandoned those natural ways and trusted in allopathic medicine. It was an incredibly painful death, until he was offered morphine to ease the suffering at the end and by which time, he had lost much of his mental faculty. He also took 3 shots of the poison and 2 of those doses were in the toxic death batches as per FOI documents at the TGA. That is the nefariousness of this weapon, that it exasperates pre-existing conditions but even so watching my Dad fight to his last breath, made me ponder of why it is that younger people suddenly die of the same poison, being far healthier. I have watched a few eulogies of young people who suddenly died and at the cemetery where my dad is buried, a father comes every day to mourn the loss of his 24 year old daughter who died suddenly and for which there is no explanation.

I met up with an ex-Pfizer contractor online who told me that in the training papers, Pfizer gave to their employees, the projection was a 50% death rate and it was also relayed to me, that in order to get so many jabs manufactured, using testing was suspended but also manufacturing started years earlier. For the average person on the street, this is all so dark, they can only call it conspiracy and far fetched, even when the deaths are piling up all around us.

I wrote a eulogy to my Dad. I will write another article on death and grief. It is full circle that he was born during the Japanese military rule over Penang; a brutal rule and thousands of men were executed (a million in total across Malaysia), with the Chinese being targeted for eradication and suffered greatly from torture, high inflation levels, food shortages and repression and now around the time of his death, we as humanity are experiencing this culling on a major scale, never seen before.

So back to the subject at hand, which is water fasting. In nature, animals know how to water fast and even children. Animals under stress will release their bowels and stop eating. It is our natural way to preserve energy and come into a spiritual state to overcome illness but also deal with emotional stress.

I attended a session with Dr Richard Malter on how stress impacts our biochemical balance. Notes are below.

What water fasting does, this is where you drink water to not just flush out toxins but also to re-hydrate and for the body to re-organize itself on the cellular level. Ideally, you want to take a break from normal life and spend time in nature, in sunshine, walking along the beach, taking in all those positive energies and in reflection. There is such an element of self-love and connection to the earth, that is lost in the whole narrative around healing but true healing is a journey of self-discovery. It's not about popping pills or supplements. In fact, liver poisoning is very real and many natural products in excess can be harmful to the liver. Even garlic in high doses can cause liver damage.

Our life is not measured in years but in the depth of our inner experiences and reflections that manifest in outward expressions of love, connection and growth. Disease happens when we become imbalanced because all the bacteria, fungi and pathogens that will break down the body on its death are already present in the body. Our electrical/magnetic balance that creates current and life in the body is run by electrolytes transported through the blood, that when it goes out of whack, it all collapses and like a switch, people can shut down completely.

When I look back on my healing journey, the beauty is in the simplicity. As it turned out, the results from my cardio came back the following week and he says I am his case study doing things naturally, where hundreds of his patients are just taking drugs, so he really pays a lot of attention to my results and asks lots of questions and takes notes on everything from my weight to my day to day activities. So despite my heart doing some funky things, it has actually improved!

With all the doom and gloom around long covid, jab injuries, skyrocketing cancer, etc... I feel that I have cracked the code. It's all about supporting the liver to detoxify and re-feeding the body nutrients and restoring balance. We over complicate it with our thinking, even poisoning ourselves with things, we think work but in fact are just suppressing symptoms or slowing down detoxification.

The most powerful healing modality is in fact water fasting but one really needs to listen to one's body.

Simple things to heal, include:

  1. Good clean water free of contaminants.

  3. No over-eating
  4. Good sleep
  5. Walking long distances, yoga, movement
  6. Positive outlook
  7. Emotional connection
  8. Deep breathing
  9. Good bowel movements several times a day (you need a diet that has soluble fibre to achieve that)
  10. Time in nature and sunshine
  11. Laughter
  12. No alcohol or coffee, external poisons on skin, avoiding or minimizing use of poisons in the home and environment

After the 9 days water fast, I have improved mental clarity, higher energy levels and excellent bowel movements. I found after I broke the fast, I was only able to eat a few bananas and drink some coconut water. It takes time for the body to adjust to eating again. I also found that my stomach was now completely flat.

It's a good reset and put me in a good place mentally to navigate through my father's death that happened shortly after breaking the water fast.

It's definitely something to keep in one's toolkit, especially in navigating traumatic events but also I do believe the combination of using gum turpentine with water fasting to detoxify the liver and remove toxins from the body is the magic bullet to any form of injuries. I have written about it before but in 2022, when I was very sick and ended up in heart failure, it was the smallest dose of gum turpentine that saved my life and got my body off the downward spiral and then get the help I needed. My heart function at that point was 15%. I didn't understand back then though, how it repairs the cell membrane and the gut lining.

When I date back that illness, my dad took his third shot, came over and I got sick and that shedding caused me to end up in heart failure. It really is so twisted and dark and one of the things I have learnt from all of this, is that there is no short cuts to health or to having a vibrant and functioning society. We have to be prepared to question all our beliefs, including the very basics of how we see the world and our connection to Source, the divine essence of life.

Misinformation and Disinformation Bill

Around the world and in Australia, in particular laws are in place or proposals that seek to stop the free flow of information under the guise of public safety. It also provides a double whammy because they can then attack digital ID to one's personal internet usage.

If the Misinformation and Disinformation Bill does pass in Australia, then one of the ways around it will be, to make the majority of articles, subscriber only because material is no longer in the public domain. This will mean people will need to work harder to distribute information privately via email, face to face and via online chats.

It is, in some ways a bit of a farce because the major platforms all censor whether that is by creating echo chambers, your paid actor heros, shadow banning, suspending, etc.. and moves to ban children under the age of 14 from social media or control the content they can see (eg Youtube recently announced it will stop showing fitness videos to teenagers because it affects their mental health and body image) are really all because they are afraid of people becoming personally empowered.

The definition of serious harm; also includes public health measures

I do think, it's going to be increasingly difficult to access information online, on anything outside the mainstream narrative. Already many millions of pages of important information, has ceased to exist online. However with equal and opposite reaction, the harder the push, the harder the push back will be!!
