Wellness often focus on what we can individually buy or do, to improve our health but rarely does it discuss the foundational importance of our environment in our lives. We don't exist as islands, and we are intrinsically connected both physically and energetically to the people and environment that we live and work in.

Nature teaches us that in healthy forests, saplings that growing in shady areas, rely on nutrients and sugar from older, taller trees sent through the mycorrhizal network. Trees have a complex and symbiotic relationships for survival and mother trees, with deep established roots support the younger saplings and sick trees.

Camping in the forest in October, I became acutely aware of how unnatural modern life is; from being in front of screens for many hours of the day to a house with all the creature comforts of gas ducted heating and artificial light, surrounded by electromagnetic radiation and wi-fi and 5G radiation.

When I came home, as much I wanted to replicate that experience of waking up in the early morning to greet the sunrise, or the communal fire, shared communal meal experiences, and the deep, lucid dreams of a shared tent where I was surrounded by children, I couldn't. My first day at home, I was fully charged with vitality, that I watched over the week diminish. It's hard to replicate waking up to the freezing cold of the fresh forest air and the sound of birds, walking more than 50 metres in the cold to a toilet or all the walking involved in daily life from foraging for kindling to cooking a meal.

On one of our walks, I saw a man walking up the stream with a fishing rod in hand and he belonged to the land. He stepped onto an overgrown path and jumped suddenly and then stomped hard onto the ground. He had just scared away a snake and he walked on, unfazed. Living in nature develops a physical endurance and spiritual connection that can't be replicated in the city and I thought to myself, that this man will still be standing, if the world burns down.

I am reminded by the story of Stamatis Moraitis, In 1976, he was given a cancer diagnosis, “six to nine months to live” but he refused chemotherapy and medication that was prescribed by his American doctors and chose a different therapy — nature, gardening, community and home brew. He lived to the age of 102 on February 3rd, 2023. They even made a documentary about him. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QVJ1jtkUW_s and wondered how much of our modern environment is simply hazardous to our health and that we are simply trying to hack health outcomes rather than build a solid foundation of health in a supportive environment.

It was really good to take time off the hamster wheel of social media and get some perspective. Very early on, I was told to observe not absorb and whenever I have found myself being dragged into some controversy, I have mindfully withdrawn because I know it's not just harmful mentally and emotionally, but also physically.

The problem with stress, is that many people are unaware that their nervous system has been stuck in survival mode, because the stress is incremental. Cortisol levels are high, it's very hard to relax and especially in this time, where it feels as though our very survival is at stake, finding the balance between staying informed and letting go of the things we have no control over, prioritizing our time, is so very important.

In an interview, I did last year I discussed with Mat Goddard, he shares his own story of how trapped stress impacted his body manifesting as symptoms so bad, doctors thought he had a brain tumour and this led him on a 12 month journey where he spent 1000s on MRIs, Cat scans, ultrasounds, neurologists, psychologists etc to no avail. until he discovered a simple technique that released stress that was a result of a fairly deep experience of PTSD.

“After nearly 12 months of hell – I completely healed in 3 weeks of home exercises called TRE which everyone should know not just for PTSD, but any trauma or stress. I have shown many others this since and I learned a lot about the body, how trauma and stress is really processed and how the whole medical system has it wrong.”

Mathew’s symptoms progressed over this period of 12 months and included:
– stomach issues
– bodily pain
– insomnia
– tinnitus
– losing of balance
– slurred speech
– dropping things
– headaches everyday
– bloodshot eyes
– the list goes on

Doctors were at a loss and thought he had everything from Guardia, to brain tumours and finally to an anxiety disorder which could be solved with medication.

Below is the interview and in the description on Youtube it links to resources.

Additionally, grounding in nature helps release trapped stress and moves the body into a healing state. Humming, infrared saunas, cold water dips, hot baths, massage, applying pressure to acupuncture points in the body, vagus nerve self massage, walking in nature are all helpful practices.

With everything going on, additional to connecting spiritually it's important to be very mindful of one's physical needs and the impact of stress.

When you capture a wild mouse, it will die within a short time, even hours due the stress of being trapped and the same applies to humans; that we only have a certain capacity to store stress in our bodies, that need to be released.

If you are having issues in the nasal/sinus areas manifesting as hay fever or constant runny rose, nasal congestion, sneezing and itchy eyes, this video of 5 pressure points might be helpful to you.

LIGHT IS LIFE

Following on from my article (below) on light, it's really important to manage screen time and get outdoors as much as possible. The brain is actively being hijacked by blue light but the body also being deprived of full spectrum light which is so important to so many bodily functions.

Artificial light, screen time, AI, biowarfare destroying minds
The human brain is under assault by multiple means; with the most insidious being the use of blue light because by design it is addictive and harmful. Knowledge is power. A major study released by The Lancet Neurology shows that, in 2021, more than 3 billion people worldwide were living

"Long wavelength red light that can extend beyond the human visual range penetrates deeply through biological tissue. Exposure to these longer wavelengths improves mitochondrial function and ATP production."

We need to be as conscious about light as we are about nutrition, possibly more so. In an interesting study on infra-red light and macular degeneration by using heat therapy from infra-red lasers to stop the progression of macular degeneration.

The novel treatment approach aims to strengthen the protective mechanisms of affected cells using heat, explains Professor Ari Koskelainen.

‘Cellular functionality and protective mechanisms weaken with age, which exposes the fundus [the inside surface at the back of the eye] to intense oxidative stress,’ he explains. ‘Free oxygen radicals damage proteins, which causes them to misfold and aggregate, then fatty protein deposits called drusen begin to accumulate, which is the main diagnostic criterion for the dry form of age-related macular degeneration.’

Could this be a novel approach to healing from the COVID-19 bio-weapon?

According to my interview with Prof Garth Nicolson, misfolded proteins happen as a result of a loss of ATP, when the mitochondria function is impaired due to damaged cell membranes and as a result the body doesn't have the energy to produce the correct proteins.

According to Dr. Dale Bredesen inflammation, oxidative stress, and nutritional deficiencies, all contribute to protein misfolding.

If we focus on lifestyle choices and therapies that address nutritional deficiencies, specifically those that repair cell membranes, and force mis-folded proteins to either repair or break down to amino acids, then the issue of amyloidogenic fibrin accumulating in the body is solved and homeostasis restored.

Many doctors are focusing on spike detoxification or therapies that clean the blood of the misfolded protein clots but what if the mis-folded protein was in fact, the body's way of trying to correct itself, a survival mechanism and we aren't addressing the root cause? None of the therapies heavily promoted in the alternative media, address the issue of cellular repair of the damaged cell membranes, that is causing inflammation and oxidative stress.

To be able to induce autophagy of misfolded proteins with infra-red light is also something that can be done at home and by spending more time outdoors.

Chronic cold exposure induces autophagy to promote fatty acid oxidation, mitochondrial turnover, and thermogenesis in brown adipose tissue
Autophagy plays an important role in lipid breakdown, mitochondrial turnover, and mitochondrial function during brown adipose tissue (BAT) activation …

Water fasting can trigger autophagy, the body's cellular clean-up process of breaking down and recycling old or damaged cell components. See my article The Power of Water Fasting . What is described as intermittent fasting is better termed, "skipping a meal or two" because true water fasting puts your body in a state of cellular repair.

One of the many blessings of having several near death experiences, is letting go of material things and goals. The world is in crisis; with criminal cartels masquerading as governments, warring against their own people. From flooding countries with unsustainable immigration, to allowing violent crimes while punishing social criticism, to increasing taxes, targeting whistleblowers, engaging in weather warfare and biological terrorism, to genocide on an unimaginable scale, to polluting the environment with pesticides and other toxins and driving homelessness and inflation by their policies, it really takes a lot of effort to detach. There is simply not enough time in a day to keep up with the news cycle, and there isn't an end to doom scrolling. Fear becomes weaponized, and the day has enough of it's own concerns, let alone the uncertain future.

While out in the bush, I took in the enormity of the environment and how small and vulnerable I felt in it. On the Tuesday, there was a lot of talk about 130km/hour winds and the locals and tourists, who previously seemed detached from the world, suddenly mobilized getting word that the weather was going to turn badly. The camping site filled up quickly that night but by morning, many had fled.

I got up early in the morning and sitting there in the tent debating with myself whether to go back to sleep or go to the toilet, I looked at my phone and it was only 4am, so I thought best to go to the toilet and then back to sleep afterwards. The forest was completely still, there was no wind and I felt a peace descend on me as I walked through the campsite. When I returned to the tent, my torch ran out of batteries, just at the right moment and as I unzipped the tent, the first drops of rain started falling before it came pouring down. It was at this point, that I realized I had been given a sign, that everything was going to be okay and not to worry about evacuating.

By 10am, we had finished a leisurely breakfast overlooking the ocean and at the time, we intended to hang out at the campsite but then the ranger came and asked us to head into the nearby town because of the forecast 130km/hr winds. The children and I had done an anti-rain song in our tent the day before, and we were in high spirits but we thought we may as well head into Apollo Bay and enjoy lunch there, rather than struggle in the rain to make food. Off we headed with a little in-trepidation, and we flattened our tents so they wouldn't be damaged by the wind and there we waited, eating outdoors looking for any signs of the storm. We waited for several hours and nothing happened. I started wondering if the whole thing was a hoax but our internet was limited and sketchy, so I wasn't able to keep a vigil on the online news. We headed up to the highest point of Apollo Bay for a bird's eye view and then by mid afternoon, decided to go back to camp. We had been spared and it started raining again after we put up the tents but by then were belly laughing, making food under the shelter but in the rain. Talking to people afterwards, they were amazed we had escaped unscathed as they had been battered by the winds, that ripped through their properties causing damage.

The experience crystalized in me, how we as people can ride through the eye of a storm when we are connected to a higher power and to trust one's intuition even if the news says otherwise. It would have been horrendous being out in tents if the 130km/hr winds had hit us and in those situations, it can be hard to make the right decision.

SOLAR FLARES AND CHANGES

While there is a lot of doom and gloom, around the changes in the earth, with a massive weak spot in Earth's magnetic field growing, and the earth being in a period of solar maximum where there are more sunspots, solar flares, and coronal mass ejections (CMEs), I do suspect that this activity is in fact healing the earth; not only taking out dark entities including surveillance satellites but also raising consciousness.

The most recent solar maximum is expected to peak around 2025. Meanwhile, interstellar 3I/ATLAS reached its closest point to the sun on Oct. 29, 2025.

These are environmental changes that impact us on a cellular level. In fact, it's undisputed that the earth is actually greening but there will also be an increase in earthquakes, hurricanes, storms, etc..because of these changes to earth's environment.

The reason why these beings are building bunkers is because their synthetic makeup is not conducive to a higher carbon dioxide environment or global warming and why there is a push for net zero. Not because it benefits humans but because The Hands Behind the Agenda's very survival depends on stopping the inevitable transformation of the earth.

Heat is infra-red light. This is a model to explain why full flush niacin, hot baths, saunas, and fevers induce healing.

The earth is healing and under mice models, even those poisoned with chemicals and treated with infra-red light, live as long as mice that had never been poisoned.

The prescription healers should be giving is, to spend time out absorbing the sun, staying grounded and hydrated.

HOPE IN A WORLD IN TURMOIL

My youngest daughter has re-framed my relationship with darkness, explaining that we can look at it as a spectrum of life's experiences. I only learnt to heal myself when I became chronically ill with heart failure. I became stronger, the more opposition I faced in life and instead of framing such things as trauma, to be grateful for the opportunity to grow and heal.

I love this story of Maurice and Maralyn Bailey who in 1973, got rid of their belongings and bought a small boat to fulfill their dream of a voyage around the world. Soon after disaster struck, and a sperm whale hit the boat, leaving them to survive 117 days adrift in a life raft.

"Soon their provisions would run out but, more unfortunate, bit by bit the tide took them further away from the navigation routes until they ended up in one of the most inhospitable regions of the Pacific Ocean, a place where no ships ventured, but with a surprising diversity of marine life. This, being precisely what ended up saving their lives.

A few weeks on from their shipwreck, as they went further into the inhospitable ocean, they began to receive unexpected visits of turtles, dolphins, whales, different marine birds and infinity of fish of all shapes, sizes and colours. The surprising thing was to see how all these animals came near the life craft without any fear at all, leaving the couple totally surprised."

"After so many weeks at sea, little by little these two castaways began a profound personality change. They began losing all contact with their past life on land due to the long period of time surrounded by water and after so much time without any sign of the modern world."

Because of being such a long time living close to these animals Maurice and Maralyn assumed that they now belonged to the sea. They were convinced they had changed into two sea creatures, completely forgetting their lives in civilization."

I thought it was an incredible story and even for the short time we were camping, wild parrots came to us, ate from our hands and landed on us. The magpies didn't swoop us and bathing in the cold ocean, I was reminded of a couple that I had met in Ocean Grove, who told me how they lost their home and business and lived for a time in a caravan, bathing in a dam. Most people would consider that heart breaking but the woman replied, that these were some of the happiest days of her life and how free she felt. All the material things were re-acquired over time but the memories of living on the edge with nature, were forged in her consciousness.

It's such an odd thing that for years, people acquire wealth in material things when the greatest gifts in life, are priceless. To live in houses, that block the light that gives us life; even worse when these houses become digital cages of our enslavement, filling our bodies with artificial blue light that causes disease and neurological issues; affecting our relationships. The cities and institutions built are not conducive to relationships or our health.

Our environment shapes us both consciously and sub-consciously. It's impossible to separate the effect of the environment that we live in from our health, spirituality, emotions and thoughts.

We are like the trees, intrinsically linked in the fabric of life, supporting one another through life's storms. Together we are stronger and more flexible. We learn that life isn't a competition but a community where we grow together.

The irony of having to type this article on a computer in front of a screen is not lost on me. I hope my efforts are not lost on you. : )

I am always deeply touched to receive messages such as below. Thank you.

Franca Viola, a 17-year-old girl from Sicily refusal to marry her rapist in a culture that expected her to comply is a lesson for all of us. Change happens when we simply refuse to comply to bad laws. In 1965 Italy, Article 544 of the Italian Penal Code allowed a rapist to escape all punishment if he married his victim. Franca had ended a relationship with Filippo Melodia, a man with mafia connections who didn’t accept rejection. On December 26, 1965, Melodia and a group of armed men stormed her family’s home. They beat her mother. They abducted Franca and her eight-year-old brother Mariano, who tried desperately to protect his sister. Mariano was released. Franca was not. For eight days, she was held captive. Raped. Terrorized. And constantly pressured to agree to marry Filippo. When Franca was finally released after eight days, everyone—her community, society, even some in her own family—expected her to do what women always did: accept the marriage and move on with her life. Franca Viola said no. With her father’s support, she refused to marry Filippo Melodia. Instead, she did something unprecedented: she pressed charges. She took him to court. The backlash was immediate and brutal. Her family was shunned. Their fields were set on fire. Their name became synonymous with dishonor. In Sicily, where honor codes ran deep and mafia influence was strong, defying this tradition was dangerous. But Franca didn’t back down. The trial became a national sensation. For the first time, Italians across the country had to confront the horror of a law that protected rapists and punished victims. Newspapers covered every detail. The country divided between those who supported Franca’s courage and those who condemned her for “shaming” herself and her family. In 1966, Filippo Melodia was convicted and sentenced to eleven years in prison. Franca Viola became the first woman in Italian history to publicly refuse “rehabilitating marriage” and successfully prosecute her rapist. The cultural shift was seismic. But the law didn’t change immediately. Article 544 remained on the books. It took fifteen more years. Fifteen years of activism, of cultural shifts, of other women finding courage in Franca’s example. Finally, in 1981, the Italian Parliament abolished the “rehabilitating marriage” law. Rapists could no longer escape justice by marrying their victims. Men could no longer force marriage on women by sex. In 1968, Franca married Giuseppe Ruisi, her childhood friend who loved her without prejudice, who saw her as a whole person rather than a “dishonored” woman. Their marriage was a statement: victims of violence deserved love, respect, and normal lives. Cultural change is never easy but love ultimately conquers all. Affection and human touch are essential and it’s true that the best things in life are free. Free doesn’t mean cheap. It means invaluable. Love, connection and loyalty have no dollar value. They are precious and rare. Science shows that affection literally reshapes biology. Through a process called epigenetics, acts like cuddling, hugging, or simply feeling loved can activate repair genes that promote healing and reduce inflammation and oxidative stress. When you connect emotionally, your body releases oxytocin, serotonin, and dopamine, the “feel-good” chemicals that lower cortisol (the stress hormone) and support cellular repair. Love doesn’t just touch your heart; it rewrites the code of your health. A healthy home is one filled with love. 🙏 How do we build a more loving world? A massive weak spot in Earth’s magnetic field is growing, we are in a period of solar maximum where there are more sunspots, solar flares, and coronal mass ejections (CMEs). This increased activity can lead to enhanced auroras on Earth but also poses potential risks to satellites, communication systems, and power grids, which is known as space weather. The most recent solar maximum is expected to peak around 2025. Meanwhile, interstellar 3I/ATLAS is barreling toward its closest point to the sun on Oct. 29, 2025. Interestingly, NASA activates its planetary defence system as mysterious comet 3I/ATLAS approaches. 🤔 “Starlink satellites in low-Earth orbit are de-orbiting and falling to Earth at the rate of one to two per day. If Starlink keeps going this way, it could put Earth on the fast track to Kessler syndrome—what is predicted to happen when there are so many useless satellites, used rocket stages, metal fragments, and other bits of refuse orbiting our planet that they crash into each other and trigger a chain reaction of further collisions. Smithsonian astrophysicist Jonathan McDowell tracks everything that goes up and comes down on his website Jonathan’s Space Report—a leading source of information on spacecraft launches and reentries. And what he is seeing has him concerned.” It’s absolutely nuts what the technocrats are doing to the earth but will nature have the last laugh, as their satellites are taken out? 🤷‍♀ There are several unusual weather events happening in Australia. eg A mini tornado ripped through Werribee a few days ago, where sheds ended up in trees, tiles ripped off roofs and it caused a trail of destruction. As energetic beings, we will feel the shift.🙏 On a practical level though, all this technology is vulnerable and while small outages are manageable, what would we do, if there was another Carrington event? What is plan B? Well, I guess we wouldn’t have to worry about digital ID, mass surveillance, or social credit scores. 🙈😂 Source👇 https://lnkd.in/gAZJ65GG https://lnkd.in/g8BmZEhk https://lnkd.in/g4aJCguN | 22 comments on LinkedIn

Very concerning when generational apple farmers report unexplained crop yields of only 10% of what they should be. Flinders University sacks marine scientists amid algal bloom | Jeanee Rose Andrewartha posted on the topic | LinkedIn
The sacking of Associate Professor Jochen Kaempf — one of Australia’s foremost and most experienced oceanographers and plankton modellers is concerning, especially at a time when South Australia is experiencing one of the most severe algal blooms in recorded history, resulting in extensive marine and ecosystem devastation, the loss of such expertise is both troubling and inexcusable. In fact, Six internationally recognised marine scientists who are researching South Australia’s toxic algal bloom are set to lose their jobs at Flinders University, the ABC understands. The removal of researchers with such critical knowledge not only undermines public confidence but also raises serious questions about the university’s commitment to addressing urgent environmental issues. Some of the team have been analysing dead marine creatures that have washed up on the state’s beaches to investigate the bloom’s impact on fish and marine mammals. They are among 30 positions that would be targeted in a proposed restructure at the university. Associate Professor Jochen Kaempf said he was “absolutely gobsmacked” when he was told his position would be axed, along with other high-ranking professors, including experts in coastal erosion and whale and dolphin research. “The skills that you lose is understanding algae blooms, mass strandings of whales and marine heatwave impacts,” said Professor Kaempf, who has published 10 academic papers in the past two years. Professor Kaempf is an oceanographer who discovered the Great Southern Australian Coastal Upwelling System, a nutrient source that attracts marine species like sardines, bluefin tuna and whales to South Australia. Sounds very fishy. Does it have anything to do with the desalination plant? 🤔 The publication written (below), points to concerns about the desalination plant in South Australia and it’s links to algal blooms. This scientific report contains four lessons that are key in the understanding of Karenia mikimotoi blooms. This report should be the “bible” for any natural scientist including plankton biologists in discussions around the development of K. mikimotoi blooms that occur worldwide, not only in South Australian waters.
