Sharing this timely interview which was a blast from the past. Recorded almost two years ago but released yesterday is an inspiring interview with James Moffat where we discuss our awakenings, the state of the world but also our personal journeys to traverse this time. I recorded it just after my Dad passed away and conveys so much more than I could write down that I hope will help others navigate this uncertain and perilous time.
From my early life to studies at University, to developing a website development business and being at the forefront of social change, doing a tree change and homeschooling my 11 children decades before anyone else knew what that was, running the biggest organic food co-op in Melbourne in 2002-4, to recovering from heart failure to subsequent pregnancy and miracle baby, free birth, social advocacy, connection to the Divine, personal interactions with the State, conducting interviews expert doctors, scientists, alternative health practitioners and individuals who had overcome devastating diagnoses including terminal cancer and using my skills as a writer and website developer to use the internet for positive social change through business and personal websites, connections, social media, friendships, and podcasting.
From being censored on Facebook to having over twenty five thousand people on Linkedin, think I am worth following, to navigating life with faith, love, hope and passion through recovering from catastrophic heart failure.
It was an incredible podcast to re-live and remember why we are here. As James said so eloquently, to grow, to advance and preserve humanity.
Featured on his podcast "Featured Business Podcast - Story Telling Journey". The full interview with lots of interesting side stories and mic drops is on the link below, with links to James and my websites.
For me, it's been an emotional week and being in the public sphere is not something that I ever had as a life goal. The love letters I received from my children for my birthday last week, took me on an emotional roller coaster; grieving that this was not the world that I had envisaged for them, or the reality of having to find my voice to defend them from the vicious assault of being threatened to comply to forced injection with a mystery substance or be locked out society. We held our ground, my Linkedin posts reached tens of millions around the world and my conscience was clear, that I did everything I could including interviews and articles.
One sentence in my daughter's letter strikes to my heart
"Today, nothing makes me happier than seeing you finally have your freedom and spread your wings and share your light with the world, though I love having you to ourselves as well"
For me, it's a huge personal cost that most people have never really reciprocated back. not even in the smallest of ways. We live in a very transactional world and for many of us, in the grassroots, especially the women we are totally unsupported from the people we help or even people who say they want to see change in the world and cheer us on from the sidelines, consuming but never thinking to give back and I do question, whether the personal cost is worth it and if the world really wants to evolve or we are stuck in endless loops.
I am grateful for the few people who have subscribed or worked with me on paid website development projects, while I juggle life and advocacy but the cultural problem of being in a highly transactional and materialistic world, where people simply use each other and do things without considering their impact, makes me sad. It's not a world I want to be part of and every part of my being would rather retreat back to my simple life surrounded by people I love most.
Then there is the whole question of advocacy, what exactly are we fighting for? While in the beginning, it felt as though everyone was on the same page, against government tyranny, the last few years have not only exposed the controlled opposition paid actors, but also the grifters that still walk amongst us. Lies spread faster than the truth and what's becoming increasingly evident to me, is that when people lose trust in the institutions and body of knowledge that has been accumulated over generations, and don't know what to believe, they can be convinced into extremist views that are hateful, egotistical, based on superiority ideologies that are rooted in us and them narratives, and we end up with a freedom movement that is more freeDUMB than free and full of bitterness, coldness and hatred.
Armageddon beliefs imbedded in religious and cultural narratives represent an almost impossible hurdle to overcome for peace. When all sides believe they are living in the end times, that they are waging Armageddon, and they are all waiting for the return of the Messiah or fighting for the survival of earth, how can there be rational discussion?
Talk of a geological event, which comes at the end of the age, the harvest and the reset of civilisation, creates even more anxiety leading people into the open arms of cults and scammers preying on the vulnerable with the hope of instantaneous salvation.https://lnkd.in/p/gB4tSpTj
Isolation, anxiety over the future, grief, betrayal and abandonment are all deep psychological and emotional wounds that make cults attractive because it gives people a sense of belonging, feeling like they know something that others don't, gives them the feeling of security in an uncertain future.
How can you tell someone that they are losing their minds and their hearts?
Each one of us has to do the inner work, of putting everything we believe under scrutiny and having experienced extreme psychological torture in hospital years ago. which I talk about in the interview, I really don't see that there is a way forward except that people connect to the divine. Not through religion but from the heart, connecting to Source as a daily practice and ideally through water fasting
To love is to be vulnerable. It is to risk hurt and grief. In fact it is 100% guaranteed that when you love, you will grieve loss at some point.
There is a deep desire within for oneness and that can become a double edged sword when not based on truth can be destructive if we unite surrendering our sovereignty and connection to the divine but true love does indeed come with humility with the openness and vulnerability of a child and experiencing that love brings a peace that surpasses all understanding.
Spend time with children and you experience that love, that fills your cup to fullness.
Honesty. Effort. Kindness. Caring. Reciprocity. Raw truth. Vulnerability.
Most people don’t want to drop the mask, expose their vulnerability, open their heart and would rather starve in their normie dolls house life with superficial conversations and superfluous lifestyles than have real love and friendships. Fire is beautiful. It provides warmth and life but it burns and while many may be drawn to the flame, they don’t want to be transformed by it and become the light themselves.
A post I made on Linkedin that sunk to the bottom of the feed.
Life is full of duality. Without the bitterness, we don’t fully experience the sweet. Unless we experience loss, we cannot fully appreciate the wins. Our external achievements are a reflection of the inward journey, full of twists and turns, mountains and valleys and the end result that the world will never fully understand what we have learnt to become who we are.
Often life takes to a milestone age, to look back and reflect on why we made the decisions we did, what motivated us and how we see the world is subconsciously rooted in our childhood experiences and then to make peace with ourselves to be able to pivot to a new chapter.
With clarity leading to more intentional choices.
One can only reflect on life after you have lived it a good portion of it and analysed how things came about. Truth is a double edged sword, it brings clarity and consciousness but also pain and grief. In early life we pursue things like chasing a mirage in a desert, people and situations are more often than not projections of who and what we think they are, but after years of experience, you can see things with more clarity and experience reality in a way, your younger self could not.
The fleetingness of time, I measure by how my youngest of 11 children is now 12, the next youngest almost 18 and the remaining in their twenties and thirties. How quickly they have grown up, but in their special way they have opened my eyes to live life more fully and consciously, valuing time and knowing it isn’t some endless well to be siphoned. They have filled my heart with love.
For my 55th birthday this year, many of my children wrote me handwritten love letters; expressing their appreciation for my love and care, writing about special moments we shared, our bond and undying love with common threads of valuing our one on one time as much as our family adventures and life, my encouragement and confidence in them and unwavering support.
Needless to say, tears welled up in me to feel their love expressed in such a personal way.
I have no regrets for the sacrifices made for my children. They are my legacy not in material things as people often measure but in the precious, priceless qualities and love each of them embody within, that cannot be stolen and does not die, which make the world brighter for their presence in it.
